I love quiche, I really do and I'm so picky. This is fantastic abd what a great whack of protein. Half is enough for me, with a side of salad. Then half a cheeky single serve cheesecake for dessert.

Tried the garlic chicken and lemon 🍋 chicken 🐔 thigh , found it very tasty indeed and was good for 2 meals (single person) .... Easy to reheat and hassle free...
The Almond meal is lovely and fine, just perfect for my cheesecake bases and biscuits.

These taste amazing. Two challenges - firstly I have to remember to get one out of the freezer, and secondly there is no way I’m cutting it in half! Highly recommend for those dessert or cake times.
