How to prepare

  • Defrost in the fridge overnight.
  • Pre-heat oven at 180°C.
  • Heat up an oven proof pan with 0.5cm of olive oil.
  • Fry Kiev one one side for 2-3 mins.
  • Turn Kiev over and fry the other side.
  • Place in the oven for 20 mins or until internal temp reaches 75°.
  • Rest for 3 minutes and serve!
