If you’ve been simply putting your Keto Spinach & Ricotta Rolls in the oven or air fryer until golden brown… prepare to have your world turned upside down 🙃
I recently uncovered the ultimate hack which has me drooling just thinking about it 🤤
Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Take your Palena Fresh Spinach and Ricotta roll from the freezer and pop it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
Step 2: Place it on a sheet of baking paper and pop it in the air fryer for about 6 minutes.
Step 3: Remove from the air fryer and lather a healthy amount of tomato paste on top - not too much, to keep it as keto friendly as possible.
Step 4: Place some of your favorite cheese on top, a few slices of Bega Tasty is perfect.
Step 5: Return to air fryer for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is completely melted, golden brown and a bit crispy.
Step 6: Plate and serve along with some salad, green beans or sliced avocado
Step 7: Enjoy 😊

This carrot cake is really great and I’m so glad I’ve tried it. Moist, not too sweet and just the right mix of dense and light. The icing is thick and creamy. It froze well. I can taste the quality of the ingredients and could never make this myself to the same standard. Yummo and bravo!
