How to prepare

Leave to defrost in the fridge overnight.
This product is fully cooked and needs to be reheated.
Cream needs attention when reheating. Add a small dash of cream to help stabilise the reheat.
Pour contents of pack into a pot and bring to the boil.
Simmer for only 1-2 minutes.
Let stand off the heat for 5 minutes to allow cream to slightly thicken.
If you notice your sauce is looking oily, add a dash of fresh cream and swirl together to re-emulsify.
